The location is perfect with a private beach, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, great facilities including swimming pools and spa area, and amazing views from the balcony and restaurant.

The hotel is located right on the beach, with a forest in the back, creating a peaceful and natural atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and cozy, offering a great view of the sea. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to fulfill special requests. The breakfast has a variety of tasty options, including salads and soups. The hotel also provides excellent facilities, such as a spa, swimming pools, and a beach.

There were some cleanliness issues in the rooms, with dust and spider webs in corners and under the bed.

every thing else

We had a problem during our last day, the car key got lost and all our stuff were inside the car (inclusive ID's and money). The management, especially Mrs. Vasileva were VERY helpful. They did all necessary things to assure that the car will not leave the parking place (in case that somebody found the key and try to steal the car) and they offered us a free room and meals until the next day when we got the second key. Fully recommend the Riviera complex.

The staff were courteous, professional and friendly and the surroundings were beautiful.

The location was brilliant, offering stunning views of the sea. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided. The beach and pools were clean and inviting. The hotel offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained.

The staff were not as friendly or welcoming as they could have been, especially those in the restaurant. The food provided by the hotel, particularly the breakfast, lacked variety and did not meet expectations for a four-star hotel.
